Vermicelli Cutlet

Ingredients:

Savorit Vermicelli 1 cup
Bread Slices 2 no.
Potatoes 4 medium size
Green Chillies 3 no.
Coriander Leaves 1/4 bunch (chopped)
Mint Leaves 1/4 bunch (chopped)
Onion 1/2 cup (chopped)
Tomatoes 1/2 cup (chopped)
Ginger paste 1/2 tbsp
Garlic paste 1/2 tbsp
Salt required amount
Refined Oil 2 cups

Method:

  • Chop all the vegetables into small pieces and mix them well.

  • Boil water and add vermicelli with a little oil and salt, cook for 2 - 3 minutes and drain excess water and keep aside.

  • Soak bread in water for 1 minute, squeeze out the water and mash it.

  • Peel and mash the boiled potatoes.

  • Now mix the vegetables, cooked vermicelli and boiled potatoes with the required amount of salt.

  • Knead them well.

  • Shape them and deep fry them in oil.

  • Serve with sauce.
