Chop all the vegetables into small pieces and mix them well.
Boil water and add vermicelli with a little oil and salt, cook
for 2 - 3 minutes and drain excess water and keep aside.
Soak bread in water for 1 minute, squeeze out the water and mash
it.
Peel and mash the boiled potatoes.
Now mix the vegetables, cooked vermicelli and boiled potatoes with
the required amount of salt.
Shape them and deep fry them in oil.
