Toasted Vermicelli Cheese Toast

Ingredients:

Savorit Roasted Vermicelli 200 gms.
Carrot, Beans, Spring Onion each 50 gms. (finely chopped)
Green Chillies 2 no.s (slitted)
Bread Slices 10 no.s
Grated Cheese 2 tbsp
Salt to taste.
Butter 3 tsp
Cumin Seeds few
Pepper Powder 1/2 tbsp.
Water Required quantity.

Cooking time: 15 min

Method:

  • Heat butter in a pan.

  • Add cumin seeds and pepper.

  • To the seasoning, add finely chopped vegetables.

  • Sauté the above mixture for 2 min. and add little water.

  • To the above add Toasted Vermicelli and cook.

  • Remove the mixture from heat and cool it.

  • To the above add grated cheese. Mix well.

  • Spread a little of the above mixture on one side of the bread slice and close it with another slice.

  • Toast the above on a tawa or in a toaster for few minutes and serve it with tomato or soya sauce.
