Heat 6 tablespoons of oil in a vessel.
Add garlic, ginger, chillies and fry for a while.
Chop onions and add to the pan.
Fry till they turn light brown.
Add capsicum after cutting to small pieces and fry till it gets
partially cooked.
Then add tomatoes after cutting them, along with one teaspoon salt,
chilli powder, pepper powder and turmeric powder.
Cook till sauce becomes thick but not dry.
In a separate vessel bring to boil 11/2 litres of water and add
one tablespoon of oil and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
Add Savorit spaghetti and cook for 8 minutes until tender.
Drain water as soon as Spaghetti is cooked.
Transfer the cooked Spaghetti to the tomato sauce and mix thoroughly.
Simmer for one minute with constant stirring.
Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot.
