Cook Savorit Semia in salted boiling water for 3 minutes, drain
excess water.
Rinse the cooked semia in cold water and set aside.
Heat oil in a vessel and fry garlic, ginger, green chillies and
onion.
Add chopped tomatoes, salt, chilli powder, pepper powder, turmeric
powder and mix well.
Cook till the sauce becomes thick but not dry.
To the above add cooked semia and mix thoroughly.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
