Spaghetti Balls

Ingredients:

Savorit Spaghetti 50 g
Butter 1 tbsp
Cheese 25 g
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
Bread Crumbs 50 g
Milk 125 ml
Maida 3 tbsp
Green Chilly (slitted) 1no.
Celery 1stalk
Salt to taste
Oil to fry.

Cooking time: 30 min

Method:

  • Cook Savorit Spaghetti in boiling water for 8 minutes, drain and keep aside.

  • Melt butter, add maida flour and cook for a minute.

  • Add milk and stir well till the mixture becomes thick.

  • Cook and to this add Savorit Spaghetti, chopped green chillies, coriander powder, celery, grated cheese, salt and mix well.

  • Divide the Savorit Spaghetti dough into eight even sized balls.

  • Prepare a maida batter and dip each ball in it and roll over bread crumbs.

  • Deep fry the balls in hot oil and serve hot with sauce.
