Soya Cheese Spaghetti

Ingredients:

Savorit Spaghetti 100 g.
Eggs 2
Tomato Juice (thick) 250 ml.
Onions 50 g.
Salt to taste
Soyabeans 15 g.
Milk 250 ml.
Cheese 100 g.
Green Chillies 4.

Cooking time: 30 min

Method:

  • Soak soyabeans overnight and pressure cook.

  • Cook Savorit Spaghetti in boiling water for 8 minutes, drain and keep aside.

  • Beat eggs and add milk with grated cheese.

  • Mix thoroughly with fork, pressing the cheese lumps if any.

  • To this, add chopped onions, green chillies, tomato juice, cooked Savorit Spaghetti, soyabeans, salt and mix well.

  • Grease a rectangular tray and pour the mixture and spread evenly.

  • Dot it with butter.

  • Bake the product in medium heat for 1 hour.

  • Instead of soyabeans, cooked tender corn or mushrooms can be used.
