Cook Savorit Semia in salted boiling water for 3 minutes, drain
excess water.
Rinse the cooked semia in cold water and set aside.
Sauté vegetables, condiments, and spices in small quantity
of Ghee.
Add required quantity of water and cook vegetables.
To the above add cooked semia, salt and pinch of sugar.
Mix well and switch off the flame.
Add fried bread pieces and mix thoroughly.
Squeeze lime and serve the biriyani with onion raitha.
