Savorit Kheer

Ingredients:

Savorit Toasted Vermicelli 1 cup
Water 1/2 cup
Milk 1 cup
Sugar 3 tbsp
Ghee 3 tbsp
Cardamom, 2 or 3 (powdered)
Dried fruits - 1/4 cup (chopped)

Cooking time: 10 min

Method:

  • Boil water and milk, add Toasted Vermicelli and cook till soft.

  • Add sugar and cardamom.

  • Add ghee and stir till mixture leaves sides of the pan.

  • Garnish with dried fruits.
