Prawn Noodles

Ingredients:

Savorit Noodles 200 g
Coconut (Grated) 100 g
Green Chillies 6
Tomatoes 50 g
Bay Leaves 1
Garlic 4 pods
Coriander leaves (chopped) 2 tbsp
Cinnamon 1
Prawns 100 g
Cashewnuts 5
Onions 100 g
Cloves 2
Chilli Powder 1tsp
Oil 50 ml
Salt to taste.

Cooking time: 45 min

Method:

  • Clean prawns.

  • Grind together grated coconut, cashewnuts, garlic, cloves and cinnamon.

  • Heat oil and sauté onions, green chillies, bay leaves and when onions turn brown, add ground masala and chopped tomatoes, salt and mix well.

  • Cook prawns for few minutes in the masala.

  • To this, add Savorit Noodles and sufficient water for the noodles and cook for 4 minutes.

  • Mix well and garnish with coriander leaves.

  • Serve hot.
