Cook Savorit Long Macaroni according to instructions on pack.
Plunge tomatoes in boiling water.
Remove the skin after 5 minutes, chop and keep aside.
Mince onions, spring onions, celery, green chillies and ginger.
Heat oil, fry onions till light brown.
Add the other minced ingredients and fry for 1 minute.
Add tomatoes, chilli powder, ketchup, vegetables, macaroni and
salt.
Mix well and remove from fire.
To make the white sauce melt butter, add maida, milk and cook.
Continue stirring till it becomes thick.
Remove from fire, add 1/2 the grated cheese.
Add the beaten egg and Macaroni mixture along with salt and pepper
to taste.
Pour the macaroni mixture into a greased baking dish.
Pour the white sauce over It.
Sprinkle the remaining grated cheese on top.
Bake in a hot oven for 15-20 minutes, till it turns brown on top.
