Mutton Noodles

Ingredients:

Savorit Noodles 200 g
Coconut (Grated) 1 cup
Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Tomatoes 50 g
Green Chillies 6
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Curry leaves a few
Salt to taste
Minced Meat 100 g
Eggs 2 no.s
Onions 100 g
Garlic 5 pods
Ginger 1/2" piece
Mint leaves 1 tbsp
Oil 50 ml
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp.

Cooking time: 45 min

Method:

  • Clean and cook minced meat.

  • Boil eggs.

  • Grind together grated coconut, garlic, ginger and cloves.

  • Chop onions, green chillies, curry leaves, coriander leaves, mint leaves and tomatoes.

  • Heat oil and sauté chopped onions and green chillies.

  • To this add ground masala paste and when the onions turn brown add chopped tomatoes and cooked meat.

  • To this add chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and mix well.

  • Add 50 ml of water and allow it to boil for a few minutes.

  • To the cooked meat, add Savorit Noodles and sufficient water to the noodles and cook for 4 minutes.

  • When Noodles is well cooked add boiled eggs cut into cubes or circles.

  • Garnish mutton noodles with coriander leaves and mint leaves.

  • Serve hot.
