Mince Topped Macaroni

Ingredients:

Savorit Long Macaroni 200 gms.
Mutton (minced) 1/2 kg.
Garlic (chopped fine) 8-10 flakes
Onion (minced fine) 2 medium sized.
Tomato puree 6-9 no.
(tomatoes chopped and blended in mixer, without water)
Bayleaf 2 Large
Tomato Ketchup 4 tbsp.
Grated cheese 100 gms.
Butter 2 tbsp.
Salt and Pepper to taste.

Cooking time: 30 min

Method:

  • Cook Savorit Macaroni according to instructions on pack and keep aside.

  • Heat butter, add chopped garlic, bayleaf and minced onion.

  • Fry for a minute or two.

  • Add the minced mutton and salt and fry till almost dry.

  • Add the tomato ketchup and puree and cover till the minced mutton is cooked.

  • Add the grated cheese and mix well.

  • Place Savorit Macaroni in a serving bowl.

  • Cover with mince mixture and serve Immediately.
