Savorit Minced Meat Curry

Ingredients:

Savorit Toasted Vermicelli - 200 gms
Minced meat - 400 gms
Onions 200 gms(chopped)
Tomatoes - 120 gms (chopped)
Ginger 20 gms (crushed)
Garlic 20 gms (crushed)
Cinnamon - 2"
Cardamom - 4 no.
Chilli powder 1 1/2 tsp.
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 1/2 tsp.
Curry powder - 1 1/2 tsp.

Method:

  • Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions till golden brown.

  • Add cinnamon, cardamom, tomatoes, ginger, and garlic, sauté for 2 minutes.

  • Add minced meat and cook till brown.

  • Then add masala powders.

  • Fry for 2 mins, add a little water and add the vermicelli and cook for 5 minutes.

  • Serve hot.

    Note: For better taste add coconut milk, curd & lime juice. Garnish with coriander & pudhina.
