Macaroni Vegetable Stew

Ingredients:

Savorit Macaroni 1/2 cup
Carrot 2 nos (med. size)
Potatoes 2 nos (med. size)
Shelled Green Peas 1/2 cup
Beans 10-12 nos.
Onions 2 nos. (med. size)
Butter 4 tbs.
Green Chillies 3 (slits)
Cloves 3 nos.
Cinnamon 2 nos.
Milk 1 cup
Corn Flour 1 tbsp.
Water 3 cups,
Sugar 1 tbsp.
Black Pepper 1/2 tsp.
Salt to taste.

Cooking time: 20 min

Method:

  • Chop onions and slice carrot, beans and potatoes and cook them in a pressure cooker.

  • Add salt, green chillies and water to the above.

  • Melt butter in small Kadai and sauté cloves and cinnamon for 1 min.

  • Add these contents to the cooker.

  • Add Savorit Macaroni to the partially cooked vegetables and continue cooking.

  • Mix corn flour with milk.

  • Add it to the above and continue cooking. Serve hot.
