Cook Savorit Long Macaroni according to instructions on pack.
Heat ghee and fry the cashewnuts and raisins.
Fry the paneer and keep aside.
In the remaining ghee fry the onions to a pale golden colour.
Add tomatoes, ground masala paste, curd and chilli powder. Fry
well.
Add the vegetables, cashewnuts, raisins and fried paneer. Stir
well.
Add salt and sugar to taste and cook for a few minutes.
Add pineapple segments and fresh cream.
Stir and remove from heat.
Place the Savorit Long Macaroni In a serving dish.
Pour the vegetable Navaratna over it.
Garnish with whipped cream, cashewnuts, raisins and serve immediately
