Long Macaroni Cheese Delight

Ingredients:

Savorit Long Macaroni 100 gms.
Milk 150 ml.
Cheese 10 gms.
Ghee 2 tbsp
Pepper Powder 1 pinch
Maida 1 tbsp.
Sugar 1 pinch
Salt to taste.

Cooking time: 20 min

Method:

  • Boil one litre water.

  • Cook Macaroni for 10 minutes.

  • Drain excess water and keep aside.

  • Sauté Maida in Ghee and add 150 ml milk.

  • Add salt and pepper powder to taste.

  • Keep on stirring to avoid lump formation.

  • Add cooked Macaroni and grated cheese.

  • Serve after baking or as such.
