Lemon Vermicelli

Ingredients:

Savorit Vermicelli 200g.
Mustard seeds 3/4 tsp.
Urad dal 1tsp.
Gram dal 1 tsp.
Green chillies 2 nos (chopped)
Ginger 0.8" (chopped)
Curry leaves a few
Tumeric Powder 1/2 tsp.
Coriander leaves a few
Juice of 3 limes.

Cooking time: 15 min

Method:

  • Cook Savorit Vermicelli in boiling water with a little oil. Drain excess water and keep aside.

  • Heat oil, splutter mustard seeds, urad dal, gram dal, curry leaves and green chillies.

  • Add two to three teaspoons of water, turmeric powder and lime juice.

  • Mix in the cooked vermicelli and add salt to taste.

  • Garnish with slit green chillies and coriander leaves.
