Keema Macaroni

Ingredients:

Savorit macaroni - 200 gms
Mincemeat - 1/4 kg
Onions 4 medium-sized
Mint leaves 2 tbsp.
Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp.
Tomatoes 1/4 kg
Hard boiled eggs 2
Refined oil 5 tbsp.
Khus-Khus 2 tsp.
Coriander powder 2 tsp.
Chilli powder 1 1/2 tsp.
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp.
Cloves 4
Cinnamon 2" piece
Cardamom 4 pieces
Salt to taste

To grind:
Ginger 1" piece
Garlic 8 flakes
Saunf 1 tsp.

Method:
  • Clean the meat and squeeze dry.

  • Heat oil in a pressure cooker, and fry the ground masala well.

  • Add tomatoes and fry for 3 mins.

  • Add mint, coriander leaves and meat.

  • Add salt and one cup water. Pressure cook for 10 mins.

  • Release pressure and simmer till thick.

  • Add chopped eggs.

  • Cook macaroni according to instructions on pack. Drain, rinse and mix with above mixture.

  • Keep covered on a low flame for 5 mins.

  • Serve hot.
