Hara Masala Macaroni

Ingredients:

Savorit Macaroni 200 gms.
Boneless Mutton 1 1/2 Kg.
Cream 2 tbsp.
Green Chillies. 4-5
Jeera 1 1/2 tsp.
Ginger. 1 large piece
Garlic. 8-10 flakes
Coriander Leaves 1 big bunch
Salt and Pepper to taste
Curd 1tbsp.
Oil for frying

To grind:

Onions 2
Tomato 1

Cooking time: 20 min

Method:

  • Cook Savorit Macaroni according to instruction on pack and keep aside.

  • Pressure cook the mutton with a little water, salt and pepper.

  • Heat oil (about 2 tbsp), add the ground masala and the curd.

  • Fry well till the oil separates.

  • Add the mutton pieces (without the bone) and fry for 5 -10 minutes.

  • Now add the mutton stock and cook till the gravy is thick.

  • Pour half the mutton gravy in a baking dish.

  • Place the cooked Macaroni and pour the remaining gravy over it.

  • Sprinkle cream and bake for 10 minutes.

  • Remove from flame.

  • Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
