Fish Vermicelli

Ingredients:

Savorit Toasted Vermicelli 200g.
Fish (Flesh) (well cleaned) 200g.
Garlic 25 g.
Big Onions 75g.
Green Chillies 10g.
Coriander leaves 10g.
Lemon 1 No.
Refined oil 1 tsps.
Turmeric Powder a pinch
Salt to taste

Cooking time: 25 min

Method:

  • Season the onions, green chilles and garlic.

  • Add 400 ml. water, salt and turmeric powder and allow it to boil.

  • Add the fish pieces, Toasted Vermicelli and cook for 5 minutes.

  • Add lemon juice, stir well and serve hot.
