How to cook Pasta

1.

Fill a large pan with plenty of water (one litre for every 100 gm pasta) and bring to the boil.

2. When water boils add pasta (roughly 100 g/120 g ) per person.
3. Cook for the required time as given below.  
 

Short Macaroni - 8 minutes

Long Macaroni - 6 minutes

Spaghetti - 8 minutes

Noodles - 5 minutes

 
4. Drain the pasta in a colander, remove at once to a serving plate and combine with the sauce of your choice or prepare as per instructions in recipe.
