Cook Savorit Spaghetti in boiling water for 8 minutes, drain and
keep aside.
To the minced meat add the ground ginger-garlic paste, pepper,
Chilli powder, split chillies, turmeric powder, coriander powder
and salt.
Heat oil, add the above minced meat masala and fry for a few minutes
until dry.
Grease the baking dish, and place 2/3rds of the cooked spaghetti
to form the first layer, spread the meat masala, chopped spring
onions and coriander leaves over cooked Spaghetti to form a second
layer.
Spoon one beaten egg over this.
Finally, cover this layer with the rest of the cooked Spaghetti
and spoon the remaining two beaten eggs over this.
Dot the top layer with butter and bake at moderate temperature(100°-120°)
for about 20 minutes.
