Baked Spaghetti

Ingredients:

Savorit Spaghetti 230 gms
Meat, minced 300 gms
Egg 3 no.
Spring Onions 2 no.
Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
Garlic 1 pod
Ginger 3/4 pieces
Pepper 1/2 tsp
Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Coriander Powder 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
Red Chillies 2
Butter 1 tbsp
Refined Oil 2 tbsp
Salt to taste

Cooking time: 45 min

Method:

  • Cook Savorit Spaghetti in boiling water for 8 minutes, drain and keep aside.

  • To the minced meat add the ground ginger-garlic paste, pepper, Chilli powder, split chillies, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt.

  • Heat oil, add the above minced meat masala and fry for a few minutes until dry.

  • Grease the baking dish, and place 2/3rds of the cooked spaghetti to form the first layer, spread the meat masala, chopped spring onions and coriander leaves over cooked Spaghetti to form a second layer.

  • Spoon one beaten egg over this.

  • Finally, cover this layer with the rest of the cooked Spaghetti and spoon the remaining two beaten eggs over this.

  • Dot the top layer with butter and bake at moderate temperature(100°-120°) for about 20 minutes.

  • Serve with cucumber salad.
