Ada Prathaman

Ingredients:

Savorit Ada 200 gms
Jaggery 500 gms
Cardamom powder 2 tbsp.
Coconut Milk 500 ml

Cooking time: 25 min

Method:

  • In a vessel bring to boil 750 ml water.

  • Add Ada and cook for 10 to 12 minutes on a medium flame or till Ada becomes tender.

  • Add jaggery and simmer till it dissolves.

  • Add powdered cardamom followed by coconut milk.

  • Stir and serve hot.
